Militant commander Zakir Musa disassociated himself from a group of masked men who appeared in a video claiming to be from his group and dared them to come in front of him along with weapons.
In his fresh audio clip, Musa said that from past days a video of some masked men was doing rounds on social media in which they could be heard saying that they belong to his group and are behind the killing of Hizb commander Sabzar Bhat.
In the audio message– over four minutes in duration, the Kashmiri fighter mocks at reports of him being the rat in the killing of Sabzar Bhat, who had taken over the reins after Burhan Wani died fighting the armed forces last year, Zakir says ‘masked men’ claiming to be his aides must meet him. “There is no need to clarify but those  who claim to represent me must visit me with their weapons and I will serve them well,” Zakir says at the begining of his message and ends with a mocking laugh.

A report by India Today had claimed that Hizbul fighters seem to suspect that a personal messenger close to Musa tipped off the Jammu and Kashmir police about the location of Sabzar Ahmad Bhat’s hideout.

Sabzar was killed last week in an encounter very close to his hometown of Tral.

The militant commander then goes on to talk about a reported rape of a Muslim woman in Bijnor, who was observing Ramadan. “It is shameful that Indian Muslims are spineless and don’t act against the perpetrators of such crimes,” he said, while repeatedly seeking apology from the rape survivor.

Musa then quotes the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUHS) and recalls  Conquest Of Hind (Gazwa-e-Hind). “Our beloved prophet has assured Jannat to those who participate in the conquest of Hind,” he says.

The militant commander, who earlier had called for public hanging of All Parties Hurriyat Conference leaders in Kashmir, calls the Indian Muslims most unconscionable. “Indian Muslims are most unconscionable and have forgotten about the battle of Badr,” he states before focusing on the issue of cow vigilantism in India.

He says, “My blood boils when I see Muslims being attacked by Gau Rakshaks and Indian Muslims must form groups to take part in the conquest of Hind.”
